Joel Stell was attacked in the 6th St area in Austin, TX. He has 9 major and 22 minor fractures in his face.
We have started the "MAKE IT HAPPEN FUND". All donations will first be put towards offering a reward for any info that leads to an arrest. If none is found, the funds will go to help with costs for his recovery.

If you have any leads as to who, where or why the attacks happened you are to contact Detective Sullivan at the Austin Police Dept at 512-974-4458. They have no leads at this time.
