I love all the specials the networks are coming up with to fill the void while the writers strike. I just saw an ad for the 25 greatest Grammy performances. Lame.
So, David Letterman is going to personally pay his writers until the strike is resolved, I find this very honorable but also wonder what it accomplishes.
Today was pretty brutal at work. Very, very slow. I sent everyone except one cook home at 1pm, and around 2pm I seriously considered sending him home and just closing FOH and BOH by myself.
The whole day felt like the last day of school.
