Easy to Digest!

I just bought a 4pack of SlimFast "Easy to Digest Lactose & Gluten Free Meal on the go" Shakes. Because managing a restauarnt really just means you don't have time to eat. I'll let you know if they are as easily digestable as promised. For the record- my money is on no, which is why I also bought some Tums.
